Yes, you can now purchase portfolios by snail-mailing in your payment! The advantages of this, besides being just another payment option, are that you can now make your purchase with complete anonymity: You do not need to provide your real name, your address, or any other personal information.

Only the following information is required:

• The number of each portfolio you are purchasing -- use the number listed in the title bar of the preview page (1 through 16).
• Your requested username/password (it can and should be the same for all portfolios).
• A working email address -- this is very important, as this is how you will receive confirmation of your purchase and access.

All payments must be made for US funds and must be as good as cash:
Cashier's check, postal money order, bank money order, or international money order.

Payments should be made out to DHD Media.

Do not send cash!

Cost for the mail-in option is $16.95 per portfolio.

As with other forms of payment, access will be set up for one week only. This means that you should plan ahead and mail in your payment only when you are sure that you will be able to download your purchased portfolios after you are set up. Since snail-mail can take a little time, and because each payment is processed manually, we recommend that customers from within the US allow for a window of about two weeks and international customers allow for about six weeks. It probably won't take quite this long but you should make sure that you will be able to access your computer and the internet for the week when your portfolio access is active. (In other words, don't mail in a payment the week before you go on a month-long camping vacation! ;-)

Finally, please read the following carefully:

Long time customers and fans know that Muki's Kitchen operates by having 15 active portfolio "slots." There are twelve "current" portfolios (#s1-12), two portfolios in Mrs Muki's Bistro (#s13 & 14), and two "Past Portfolio of the Moment" (#15 & 16). Of the twelve current portfolios, after about a year's time older portfolios are gradually replaced with new material. Portfolio 15 & 16, the "Past Portfolios of the Moment," could change at any time. Once a portfolio is replaced, its pictures are removed from the server -- there is no way we can set up access to it until it returns as a Past Portfolio of the Moment!

This simply means that mailing in a payment involves this one little element of uncertainty. Since access is not granted instantly, we can not guarantee the contents of any portfolio purchased with a mail-in payment! You will certainly get access to a portfolio (and it will probably be the one you wanted) but the contents of portfolio 15, or any current portfolio near the top of the list, might be changed by the time your access is set up. This will simply have to be one of the risks of mail-in payment and, if you absolutely must have a particular portfolio, please use one of the instant access payment options.
